Families are a gift to every human being and one needs to cherish this gift forever in life. Our hearts go out to those who live in this world without anyone to call as their family. Ensure that none of you spend more than 2 hours a day watching TV, playing video games or working on the computer (unless it is a school assignment). Spend the time rather on dancing together, going for a walk or playing out.
Small drops make an ocean: Start small by introducing one family activity and moving on to the next when all members are ready. It can be a longer walk session or an extra game.
Invite other family members: Call your other family members for some active time together. This offers dual benefits as you get to meet, greet and enjoy yourselves as well as ensure your physical health too. You can go for boot camps together, play snow bowling or even cricket!
Reward family members with fun activities: When its time to celebrate plan a visit to the zoo, park or a trek as a family treat.
