Menstruation / Periods / Ovulation / Conception / Pregnancy / Child Birth / Lactation  etc all functions are linked to timely release of hormones in the blood stream in perfect quantity in micro grams. Any defect / malfunction either in timely release of hormones and / or abnormal quantity of hormone released in blood will result in irregular periods / irregular ovulation / Infertility / weight gain / Depression etc.

Although the biological / physiological process involved in hormonal synthesis / production, secretion and action is extremely complicated which only the Almighty God can code & Decode, but, God has made the management of the associated problems i.e. weight gain, Infertility, ovulation  extremely simple.
